Cenlar, a commercial bank and leading mortgage loan subservicer, today announced that Len Patton has been appointed Vice President of Business Development to help drive new business.
“We are thrilled to have Len on the team. With years of experience in the mortgage and finance sectors, Len has a solid record of growing revenue and building client relationships,” said Andrew Pohlmann, Senior Vice President of Business Development.
Before joining Cenlar, Len was Regional Director at Lenders One Mortgage Cooperative. He’s also served in executive roles at Altisource, PHH Mortgage Corp. and Specialized Loan Servicing, a Computershare company.
Len holds a Certified Mortgage Bankers (CMB) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). He is currently the MBA’s Mortgage Action Alliance (MAA) State Ambassador of New Jersey and was the chairman of MBA’s CMB Society in 2023.
